A note on tinctures:  Herbs in liquid form are potent and can be quite bitter or medicinal tasting. While most people adjust to the strong flavor profile, it may be a bit surprising at first.  Make sure you shake the bottle thoroughly and take sublingually  (under the tongue) for the most effective result. If the strong flavor is just too much for you, but you still want the benefits, try adding your tincture to a warm or cold beverage.
