US SHIPPING:
For standard and expedited shipping, please enter your address in checkout to see the options for your area. We ship via USPS or UPS.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
- Standard - Delivery in 3 to 6 Business Days via USPS
- Express - Order by Noon PST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1-2 Business Days via UPS
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our space.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Standard. Please note transit times will vary.
Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we will help you open a case with the courier and try to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if no signature is required.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on theflowerpot.co.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
